Brad Grampa - Counselor Seniors

Mr. Grampa is a School Counselor who works with the Seniors to help them to navigate the college application, financial aid, and post-secondary plan process.  Outside of school, he is a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and his alma mater - Marshall University.  He is always down to talk sports, so stop by and see him.

Karen Pumphrey - Counselor A-Da

Karen Pumphrey is a School Counselor at D.H. Conley with 30 years of experience in Pitt County Schools Currently, Mrs. Pumphrey works with students in grades 9th-11th with last names A-Da. Mrs. Pumphrey graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill and ECU. Outside of school, she enjoys pilates, reading, and spending time on the Outer Banks with family and friends

Courtney Yates - Counselor De-J

Mrs. Yates is a School Counselor who works with students in grades 9th-11th with last names De-J.

Jamie Bartholomew - Counselor K-Ri

Mrs. Bartholomew is a School Counselor at D.H. Conley with 25 years of experience within the educational system. She works with students in grades 9th-11th with last names K-Ri.  She has been at Conley since 2015 working with students first as the Attendance Specialist,  then moved to the Graduation Coach position in 2017, and in 2022 she became one of our counselors.  Prior to working at D. H. Conley she was a classroom teacher for 17 years. Her alma maters are Meredith College and East Carolina University. During her free time she enjoys fishing and being on the water with her family.

Colleen Roughton - Counselor Ro-Z

Colleen Roughton began her career as a School Counselor in 2011 at Eastern Elementary School in Greenville, NC. She transferred to DH Conley in 2013 and works with students in grades 9th-11th with last names Ro-Z. Ms. Roughton graduated from ECU with both her Bachelors & Masters degrees. Outside of school, she enjoys crafting, reading and spending time on the water (river, sound, ocean, she's not picky) but her most favorite thing is playing with her fur babies, Brynley & Rivers!

George Leach - Graduation Coach 11G

Mr. Leach is our Graduation Coach at D.H. Conley High School. He has been working as our Graduation Coach since 2022. Mr. Leach assists the 11G students with a graduation plan to help them graduate on time. George graduated from East Carolina University with his Bachelor's Degree in Animation and Interactive Design.

He also enjoys music, gaming, cartoons, and sports!

Kimberly Ziegler - Secretary

Mrs. Ziegler has been our Student Services Secretary since 2019. She not only does the enrollments for our school, but also helps student’s with any questions or concerns they may have. One of her favorite things in life is spending time with her husband and almost 3-year-old son. She loves to craft almost anything, but her favorite things are painting and sewing.

Cecil Batts - Registrar

Mr. Batts maintains student records and course data which students utilize for enrollment at D.H. Conley. All records are kept and managed by Mr. Batts.

Dorothy Page - Data Manager

Dorothy Page is the Data Manager at D.H. Conley High School. Dorothy has 14 years of experience in the High School setting. Dorothy uses her talents to assist staff, students, and parents with PowerSchool, Parent Portal, Educators Handbook, PowerTeacher, Raptor, and Blackboard systems. When Dorothy is not at work, she loves being outdoors, where she spends time bird watching and growing beautiful flowers.

Tammy Stilley - Social Worker

Our School Social Worker at D.H. Conley High School with over 8 years of school social work experience. School social workers help students to improve school success and become resilient, successful learners.  They also help students cope in times of crisis or difficulties.  By specializing in promoting home, school, and community connection, school social workers provide crisis intervention and connect families with community resources.  Tammy uses that experience to coordinate the delivery of educational, socioeconomic and health services to support students in the educational process.
